[Bug 93505] Default Document language switches from German (Austria)

NOT reproducible with "AOO 4.0.1 – German UI / German locale [Rev. 1524958
2013-09-20 11:40:29]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", “historic” 4.0 User
Profile used for all predecessor versions
Reporter did not contribute an instruction how to reproduce, so I did:
1. Menu 'file -> New -> Text Document'
> Opens new text document
2. Menu 'Tools -> Language -> For All Text -> More -> Default Language for
Documents = German (Austria), only for this document' [ok]
3. Save document as sample OTT
4. Close, Reopen from File menu
"Untitled" opens
4. I typed a while, checked Menu 'Format -> Character -> Language' from time to
time, stayed German (Austria) as expected

exists in the latest public release of AOO and if you can provide additional
