A rule TVD_FUZZY_SECTOR which has very high score of 2.5-2.6, matches very
often in non-english e-mail, as it matches a word "sektor", common in many
languages - for example German, Polish, Norwegian, Czech, Slovak etc.
Please make it's score much lower or add an exception for "sektor" form, as it
causes false positives.

The rule appears to be have been demoted from the active ruleset. Please
advise if you are still seeing this issue.
