svn build.dist.archives -- location change for the archives

   I've just made a change to the distribution that re-locates the .zip 
/  .tar.gz archives for the installers.

   They used to be built into:

   <beehive.home>/build/jars

and are now built into:

   <beehive.home>/build/dist/archives

It's a little more clear what's in the directory and keeps things more 
localized.  Apologies for any inconvenience.  Let me know if you've got 
any questions / issues.
