Please read and let me know if I need to add anything

Guys, is the following sufficient for a release announcement for
struts-annotations -

Subject: [ANN] Struts Annotations 1.0.5 Release

The Apache Struts group is pleased to announce that Struts Annotations
1.0.5 is available as a "GA" release. The GA designation is our
highest quality grade.

The release is also available from the central Maven repository under
Group ID "org.apache.struts" and artifactId "struts-annotations" as
version 1.0.5.

Should any issues arise with your use of any version of the Struts
framework, please post your comments to the user list, and, if
appropriate, file a ticket with JIRA.

- The Apache Struts group.

We should have templates in the PMC area of SVN that can be copied and
used for this, but apparently we don't. We have wiki text, which is
what I assume people are copying right now, but I'm personally not
100% happy with it.

Anyway, a couple of minor changes to your proposed message that I would make:

1) s/group/team/. I much prefer 'team' to just 'group'. We used to use
'team' in the announcements. Not sure when that changed.

2) Spell out "GA" as "General Availability" somewhere, so that
everyone knows what it stands for.

3) Since there's no direct download link, it's not "also" available
from Maven, so delete "also".

I tried to retrofit the template, but the release template is written
for a whole-ball-of-wax release, so I wanted to make sure it sounds
okay...

I think we have a template in the release docs. (looks like that anyway)
