I would suggest again reading what you write or copy, instead of
thinking about it as an incantation.

Best,
tison.

There is a description in the voting mail.
"The VOTE will be open for at least 72 hours and until the necessary
number of votes are reached."
Unless a critical security issue needs to be fixed in the release, we
need to wait for at least 72 hours.

So, for the new release manager, please read about those templates and
understand them.

BTW, we also need to update our release guide with 72 hours rule for
the new release manager to follow.

Thanks for the tips and tolerance.

I will update the release the process docs to highlight some critical message that we may easy to ignore it

For the future, I think we may still keep the 72 hours duration. If we need to short the voting time, we should clearify the reason in the vote email

Thanks for the tips. I will update the release guide to make it clear.

Manjusaka already processed all following steps, so it doesn't make sense
to cancel this result and wait for extra days.

Hi,

A tip, a vote is recommended to open 72 hours, just for making it more
visible for more ppl, rather than surprising.
But, it's not a must. Critical patch release could be out in hours, or some
cases are approved by PMC.

This doesn't change this vote process, I just want you know in case of
possible situations in the future.

Hi, Manjusaka

Please read our release guide carefully. Votes must remain open for at least
three days to ensure that community members from various time zones can
participate in the verification process.

This RESULT should be canceled.
