[users@httpd] Apache cannot load dav_svn_module

[dave- <da...@pacbell.net>]

The following command in httpd.conf does not work.  Can anyone tell me 
what my problem is?

--- LoadModule dav_svn_module modules/mod_dav_svn.so

 At a command prompt, dir C:\ws16\Apache2\modules\mod_dav_svn.so reports 
that the file is there..  However, the following 2 errors were reported 
by the windows event viewer:

--- The Apache service named  reported the following error:
 >>> Cannot load C:/ws16/Apache2/modules/mod_dav_svn.so into server: The 
specified procedure could not be found.

--- Line 180  says:  LoadModule dav_svn_module modules/mod_dav_svn.so.
