> Two small IPv6 gaps outside the Java services. Neither affects a supported deployment path today.
> # *SCM web UI:* {{scm-overview.html}} builds each datanode link as {{<protocol>://<hostname>:<port>}}, where {{hostname}} is the key of the {{NodeStatusInfo}} JMX map in {{scm.js}}. When a datanode's hostname is an IPv6 literal (no reverse DNS), the link is invalid. The page itself still renders.
> # *Docker image entrypoint:* {{hadoop-ozone/dist/src/main/dockerlibexec/entrypoint.sh}} splits {{WAITFOR}} with {{cut -d : -f 1}} and {{-f 2}}. A value such as {{[2001:db8::1]:9878}} yields a wrong host and port, so the wait never succeeds. The compose files shipped with Ozone use DNS names, so only custom setups are affected.
> h3. Fix
> * In {{scm.js}} or the template, wrap the host in brackets when it contains a colon.
> * In {{entrypoint.sh}}, take the port after the last colon ({{$\{WAITFOR##*:\}}}) and the host before it, and strip surrounding brackets before calling {{nc}}. Add a bats test.
