   I would like to resume the discussion on this PR. @cloud-fan Can you advise on how to proceed here? @xkrogen's reply above captures our use case for such "default" properties. We also see utility in having something similar for `spark.driver.extraClassPath` (e.g. `spark.driver.defaultClassPath`)  where we could include the JAR files for `spark.defaultListeners`.
