Reading values from DataRows is now on the hot path during select after all the other improvements that we made. Let's redesign DataRows into an array-based  "enum map" with a single flyweight header. Then batch access to row values can be done by index, which is much faster. 

Also, making DataRow immutable (but still implementing Map) as mutability would not allow this contract to exist.
