Hi @surekhasaharan ,
This is very unlikely, as all my instances are terraformed (using pre backed AWS AMI)
However, I tried right now to add a new coordinator and...it works. Flawlessly until now...
I also tried to shutdown both instances to get 2 new instances started at the same time (wondering that could be a startup coordination issue) and still no issue...
The only thing left to try is to shutdown the whole cluster at once, and restart it.
I'll give that a try today and will get back here.
