[jira] [Commented] (TUBEMQ-197) Support TubeMQ connector for Apache Flink

[~duli] Thank you so much, this is a step forward for tubemq upstream and downstream support, praise one!

Relevant code, personally feel that creating a branch on the root directory, tubemq-connectors, modules that connect components such as Flink and Spark can be placed in this directory, each component establishes a submodule separately, let's see if this is OK?

> Apache Flink is a popular real-time streaming computing engine, and MQ is the most important source/sink type for it. The users can use TubeMQ connector to consume/produce messge from/to TubeMQ directly if supported. It can hide the tube details for flink user, and make it easy to understand/use TubeMQ.
