libs of Annotator

Hello,
    I have checked out a copy of Dictionary form sandbox, but there is 
no lib directory under the project. would you please tell me how to get 
the dict_annot_xml_types.jar?
    The same problem happen to RegularExpressionAnnotator. There is no 
lib directory under the project checked out. How could I get the libs of 
these projects?

This jar gets generated during the build.  You need to build with
Maven, as described on the UIMA home page here:
http://uima.apache.org/building-uima.html.

Alternatively, you can get a binary distribution.  The Dictionary
annotator is in the annotator addon package.
