Trying to build DOM 3 jars
Following steps from Xerces site, but I am getting:
init:
[echo] ---------------- Xerces-J 2.2.0 [1999-2002] ---------------
prepare:

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the info, but when I trying to access the CVS server I am getting
the following:
$ cvs login
(Logging in to anoncvs@cvs.apache.org)
CVS password:
cvs [login aborted]: connect to cvs.apache.org:2401 failed: errno
EHOSTUNREACH triggered

You must check out the code from CVS to be able to build DOM L3: we did
not include in the default distribution dom3 directory.
We will fix it in the future.
