Judging by the description on DISPATCH-275, when navigating to http://127.0.0.1:8080/hawtio/dispatch_plugin/overview from a bookmark or by entering the URL directly, I should be redirected to the Connect page.
What actually happens is that I am shown an empty page with just toolbars. The dialog for connecting to router is not displayed.
