[Devicemap Wiki] Update of "DeviceData2" by rezan

The 2.0 release of the device data will be a big change from the 1.X releases. Classification and attribute data will be partitions into the following groups (or aspects):

 * Device attributes
 * Browser attributes
 * OS attributes

These 3 groups allow for better classification and attribute coverage. Groups can be queried independently of each other.
