I took a look at the patch - to date, we haven't mentioned Known Issues in the Upgrade Notes. I saw you had the one for the maxShardsPerNode problem in an earlier patch, but in this patch I see you've added another item for whatever it is wrong with whichever URP or whatever. 

It would be nice if we could do something for a Known Issues list, but it's actually really hard for Solr. There are over 1500 open "Bugs" in Jira, many of them open for a long, long time. What's the criteria for being included here? What about all the prior releases?

Maybe it makes sense to hold the 7.7 Ref Guide until we figure out what is going to happen with those issues re: 7.7.1? It seems they are both big enough to warrant a 7.7.1 release on their own, and if they are fixed we won't have to worry about explaining them, we can say as a community we recommend moving to 7.7.1 since it resolves both of those issues.
