Here's a suggested replacement; I'm not familiar with real-world use of the
three-letter filename extensions, so can't comment on those; I've left .trk on
ISO-8859-9 for lack of better information. But this config at least doesn't
claim that non-Latin (Greek, Cyrillic, etc) charsets are Latin:
