I registered for an account at https://forge-allura.apache.org/p/allura/wiki/Home/, but when I visit the link again there is no 'logout' link or any indication that I am logged in. However, when I visit https://forge-allura.apache.org/auth/ it is clear that I am logged in, since there are "Account" and "Log Out" links.

- **Comment**:

I had set mod_cache to heavily cache many pages, even dynamic pages, when we were getting a lot of traffic from slashdot. I've disabled that now.

For reference, the config file on our vm is /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/allura and mod_cache is still configured for css, js and wiki attachments
