2 Simultanious Threads per user

My application uses comet ajax method .
So what i need is to create 2 threads . 1 Main and 1 subthread that will
hold a connection with the application and waits for the comet response ..
So basically the problem is how to create 2 threads per user that will work
simultaniosly ..

I tried to have to simultanios Thread groups which will communicate between
them selves with flags (User defined Variables) but i've read UDV are static
so i can not overwritten them . If you have any thoughts on this it will
also help
