Hi Sergey,
I think it should be working when using the bus attribute as in
<cxfcore:bus  name="jaxrs">
       <cxf-core:features>
       ...
      <cxf-core:logging />
      ...
</cxfcore:bus>
<cxf:cxfEndpoint ... bus="jaxrs">

let me know if it's not working.
