[Issue 109586] Function "TIME()" in Portuguese version is wrong

It seems that even an earlier release - 3.1.0 (on Windows) - was affected.

For the Portuguese (Portugal): version 3.3.0 - 4.0.1 provided properly working
function TEMPO. The 4.1.0 version replaced TEMPO with HORA.ACTUAL

In 4.1.12 we have
- HORA.ACTUAL   <--- Portuguese (Portugal)
- TEMPO         <--- Portuguese (Brasil)


Issue can be closed as OBSOLETE.
