Tomcat vs. Watchdog

Hi,
I'm running Watchdog against Tomcat 3.2.3 and I got exception below:

2001-11-05 08:39:44 - Ctx( /jsp-tests ): JasperException: R( /jsp-tests + /jsp/tagext/VariableInfo/positiveGetClassName.jsp + nul

Is this a problem with Watchdog or Tomcat?  Thanks.
