[Avalon.Net] Patch for Context*
Hi all,
This is a patch for /avalon-sandbox/avalon-net project (please see attach).
Changes in the patch concerned only Context* interfaces and Context
related lifestyle processing.
Please take a look.

tree doesn't have any directories?

The purpose of this method is:
1. "Hides the item in the context. After remove(key) has been called,
a get(key) will always fail, even if the parent context has such a
mapping." - as written here

2. Provide the same Avalon functionality in .Net as we already have in Java.
Or did you mean something else?
