Bug triage and cleanup

Hi,

It has been almost a year since I last posted about bug triage.
I created a new page:

There are currently 1145 issues; this is 48 issues fewer than the last time
we did triage:

Of course, this does mean that we only closed 48 issues during the last
triage, new issues have been created and closed since.

But it would be good to bring this open list down again, or at least review
it.

Instructions for participating in the triage are on the page.

In addition, there are a number of issues assigned to various people that
have not seen any activity for considerable time. I will look through those
and either unassign them or make other appropriate steps to move these
issues forward.

I you have an issue, have not updated it for the last 6 months, but are
still working on it, please let me know.
