Just a minor nit, but I think it'll be a bit simpler to do:

+ 'serviceName': this.get('content.serviceName'),
+ 'actionName': this.get('content.serviceName') === 'ZOOKEEPER' ? 'ZOOKEEPER_QUORUM_SERVICE_CHECK' : this.get('content.serviceName') + '_SERVICE_CHECK'

The service name identifier is always uppercase by convention, and QUORUM only applies to ZOOKEEPER anyway.
