Login Problem in Admin page of Tomcat4.1.24??

Hi all friends,

Iam using Tomcat4.1.24 and facing problem in Login in
Tomcat Web Server Administration Tools section.I tried
with "both" as a User Name and password as per given
in server.xml file but it is gving me error Invalid
User Name and Password.Can any one plz tell me what is
the User Name and Password for Admin page or can i
create User Name and Password.Plz guide me.
