[jira] Commented: (INFRA-946) Confluence indexing service doesn't seem to work...

Daniel Kulp commented on INFRA-946:
-----------------------------------

At 12pm EDT on September 15th, the Content Indexing queue has 166 items in it. It hadn't run since 18:46 on September 13. That's not exactly the "contents of the queue are processed every minute" that is claimed.

> I really don't know enough about confluence to fix this.....
> The Indexing service doesn't seem to be catching changes to the CXF space. Thus, if you "Browse Space" and select "Recent Changes", several changes aren't showing up there. If I go to the "Administration" stuff, select the "Content Indexing", and "Rebuild Search Index", the changes appear. However, that's a VERY heavyweight way to fix it and not something I want to do. It's also just temporary.
> It also means the RSS feeds to the the space don't work.
> Is it possible that it's a permissions issue? I don't really know.
