Hemanth Yamijala resolved MAPREDUCE-833.

    Resolution: Duplicate

This was fixed as a part of MAPREDUCE-832, which introduced a log message in JobConf's constructor. By doing so, any time a new conf object is created on the client, these warning messages would get printed. Hence resolving as duplicate.
