Guest network can use the 16-bit variable-length mask

Hi all,
Traditional network, it is necessary to use VLANs to isolate broadcast
more than 200 hosts, that basic ZONE Guest network host is best, how many?

Guest network can use the 16-bit variable-length mask ?

Best regards.

Thanks !

Basic network, using 16 variable length mask, gateway, mask, start IP
and end IP how to fill?
I was planning:
Gateway: 10.4.1.254
Mask: 255.255.254.0
Start IP: 10.4.0.1
End IP: 10.4.1.200

The error on the add the following information:
The Start IP and endIP address range overlap with private IP
:10.4.0.1:10.4.255.200

Is not CS4.0.1 not support variable-length mask writing ?

Basic Zone lets you create many small networks since the isolation is at
layer 3.
You could create large subnets, but what I've seen is that people create
pods of size /26 or /25.

Which hypervisor? In XS and KVM case broadcasts (except for ARP) are
suppressed.
