When there are outstanding requests showing on app attempt page, the page will be automatically stretched horizontally, after that, columns of containers table can't fill the table and left two blank spaces in the leftmost and the rightmost of this table, as the following picture shows:

We can add relative width style (width:100%) for containers table to make columns self-adaption.
After doing that containers table show as follows:
