Implement the following:

1. Parse a list of domains.
2. Use "-" sign before category name (e.g. "-Xtrace:*,-gc,-enum") to disable domains.
3. (is_info_enabled checks both ->trace and ->info lists);
4. FILE per category support: just add one more field (File*) to struct Category and if it is set, redirect output there instead of a common file.
5. logging/l10n HOWTO?
