[jira] [Resolved] (HELIX-482) Support "smarter" task failure strategies

Kanak Biscuitwala resolved HELIX-482.
-------------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Done. Review: https://reviews.apache.org/r/24994/

The mechanism is quite simple and borrows from the scheduled workflow implementation. It sets a field for when to run next, and then schedules a rebalance for that time. If multiple tasks have failed for a job, only the next rebalance is scheduled.

> It would be interesting to support exponential backoff on task failures, and even take containers away if the tasks are being backed off.
