Testing and building the .NET clients with Visual Studio I came across the following problem

Because DeviceMapConsole
{{App.config}} is set to:
"http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/devicemap/trunk/data/device-data/src/main/resources/devicedata"
instead of e.g. 
"http://devicemap-vm.apache.org/data/latest/"

This equally affects the VB.net and C# versions.
