I looked into fixing this and ran into two issues when trying to exclude the OkHttp dependency from the OkHttp-digest. 

First I tried just excluding it and keeping version 2.5 of OkHttp (as we imported before). In doing so the OkHttp-digest lib no longer sends the "uri" of the digest handshake properly. It sends the whole url instead of just the path.

So I tried changing the version of OkHttp that we import to 2.6. In doing so all of the InvokeHttpSSL tests fail with error: 
{code}
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Remote host closed connection during handshake
{code}

I tried debugging by looking at the change log[1] but nothing jumped out at me. After attempting to debug it I wanted to send an email to their user's thread but the best I could do is create a stackoverflow question [2].

I'll revisit this once I hear back on the question or if I haven't heard back in a couple days
