For Rackspace list_images, Docs[1] suggest that 'status', 'created' and 'updated' are always present, while 'progress' and 'serverId' will be present for user created images.
RIght now, the extra field on list_images shows only serverId. Let's show all potential fields.
Note that 'serverId' seems to not come through actual RS API responses right now.
