"No Host matches server name (IP)"

I upgraded to Tomcat 5.0.6-a and now one of my classes refuses to work. It
came from an earlier build, 5.0.3-a I believe. I didn't touch the Apache or
Tomcat configs while doing it. Running a command line cllient, I get this:

HTTP/1.1 400 No Host matches server name 169.254.97.115
Server: Apache/2.0.47 (Win32) mod_jk2/2.0.0

Plus standard headers, but no content. IPconfig shows:
Windows 2000 IP Configuration

Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection:

        Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
        Autoconfiguration IP Address. . . : 169.254.97.115
        Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.0.0
        Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . :

PPP adapter {E0198D2E-A115-4103-8EDC-54ABA728A033}:

        Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
        IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 172.194.173.87
        Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.255
        Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 172.194.173.87

So for whatever reason, it's trying to attach to the Ethernet port instead
of localhost. (I think?)

I also went from Apache 2.0.46 to 2.0.47 at the same time. I suspect that as
well, but the tests I can think to run point to it being on the Tomcat side.
I will try downgrading it. (I tried downgrading Tomcat, but I obviously
don't know how to do it manually. I replaced everything in /server and
/common folders.)
