Next release of spring-boot (1.5.8) will contain an upgraded BOM that fixes some alignment issues that we had with previous versions of spring-boot.

We can shrink our camel-spring-boot-dependencies BOM by removing dependencies of e.g. Jetty-websockets that we used to have for compatibility with the version included in spring-boot.

The bom generator may signal the list of duplicate dependencies with a build error when we upgrade to spring-boot 1.5.8.
