Remove unneeded malloc from url_rewrite debug path for HOST header.
The comments claim to copy to get the terminating null, but that's not needed. I tested it and as expected it works fine without the allocation & copy.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/SolidWallOfCode/trafficserver amc-debug-cleanup-url-rewrite-host-header
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/1207.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
