   **Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
   I spent at leat one day trying to build apache pulsar with no success, i used : 
   - Vagrant
   - Maven ( i try 3.0.5,3.5.0,3.6.1)
   - Centos
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   I suggest more documentation for that to help new committers to be confortable with the project, i can work for it with your help, it can be a wiki or others things
