The BLE Bare Bones Application tutorial  (https://mynewt.apache.org/latest/os/tutorials/ble_bare_bones/) is missing a package dependency. Following the tutorial will result in non-working firmware.

The following package in apps pkg.yml is missing:
    - "@apache-mynewt-core/net/nimble/host/store/config"
