   Thanks a lot for the reply. 
   
   I've read the documentation prior to setup in order to configure it on my local machine. However it is still unclear why with the default `docker run` the container is up and running with the port accessible from the outside world and in order to make it work with custom `local.ini` I should override it manually.
   
   So I still want other people to be notified when they try to override the setting.
