Amount Currency Converter webservice

Hi gurus;
Well  am finding webservice that convert currency rate
from one currency to another on basis of the amount
given by user.
I find currency exchange rates webservices but can't
find the above mention.If please some body know if
there any webservice available on net will be
verythankful.
