As far as I can tell from your crash messages, you're running a third-party
distribution of Apache, EasyPHP, version 3.1. Their latest version appears to
be 5.3.0. I'm not able to determine what version of Apache you're using, but I
don't think it's 2.3-head, as EasyPHP doesn't provide anything later than
2.2.13

Is this still an issue? If so, I'd strongly recommend that you take it up with
the EasyPHP folks. Perhaps they can offer more insight. In any case, we don't
support third-party binary distributions of httpd.
