Build local development environment, using Docker.
Discussed project plan.

Scheduled next week:
Determinate project plan.
Discuss about API scheme.
Start UI coding.

Pending problems:
Possibly a mistake in Docker README file. The container execution command in README is wrong in the order of parameter.
