Fix minor documentation issues in release-highlights page (#2187)
- Add missing trailing period to 'Native S3 transport' bullet
- Fix grammar: 'use as a (read-only)' instead of 'use as (read only)'
- Align site.xml menu label with page H1: 'Notable Features'
Follows up on #2170.
