WebConsole work in progress

Hi all,

Just as a heads-up on the WebConsole work in progress: Valentin Valchev
has now started to provided patches to convert the Web Console to using
JQuery UI (instead of our home-grown stuff).

Right now a first batch of patches from FELIX-1988 has been applied and
the Web Console does not look very nice - though it should still work as
expected. Please, consider this an expected but transient situation.

Of course, if you encounter any functionality issues in trunk builds of
the Web Console, don't hesitate to report. Thanks.
