   ## Summary
   
   - expose the existing K8s certificate renewal endpoint in the certificate management page
   - refresh the renewed record in place and provide confirmation, progress, and failure feedback
   - implement deterministic renewal behavior for the frontend mock service
   - add API-contract coverage for the renewal request
   
   ## Validation
   
   - `npm.cmd test -- cluster.test.ts`
   - `npm.cmd run lint` (5 existing warnings, no errors)
   - `./node_modules/.bin/tsc.cmd -p tsconfig.app.json --noEmit`
   - `npx.cmd vite build`
