1) No need to block package versions in {{requirements.in}}.
2) No need to add packages for 2.6 installs to add support for missing features.
3) No need to test for Python 2.6 -- we can vastly simplify {{tox.ini}} and {{.travis.xml}}.
4) Change {{setup.py}}.
5) Change {{README.rst}}.
