test(aliyun): pin the cloud catalog endpoints

AliyunCatalogController serves the Aliyun cloud catalog. Three tests pin:
listRegions delegates with the credential verbatim and wraps the answer
in a success Result; listInstances passes every parameter through; and an
absent search is forwarded as null, not as an empty string.
Discriminating mutations (build result verified): the search dropped from
the delegation (red). Restored: 3/3 green.
