We should also improve [Table API Operators section|https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-master/apis/table.html#table-api-operators]. Add an additional column to describe whether it is supported in Batch or Streaming or Both.  

In addition, maybe we should add a new section to describe SQL syntax we supported similar to Table API Operator section.
